YWC Production Cycle
Facilities Overview: As a high quality and high volume cut and sew manufacturer of nylon and polyester fabric backpacks, computer bags, insulated bags, cosmetic bags, travel bag and handbags, YWC owns two large manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen, China utilizing over 300,000 square feet in production space and 3000 sewing machines. These factories are ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 qualified and approved by Wal-Mart, Target and other large retailers. Additionally, our newest factory in Yangon, Myanmar is a total of 88,572 square feet and has over 500 sewing machines. Please see our Factory Tour page for photos. YWC also has a fully equipped 40-person sample department conveniently located at our Shenzhen factory headquarters with an extensive library of materials, allowing our customers to choose many options for the development of their new products.
Full Internal Control & Production: Because of our large cut and sew manufacturing capacity we do not subcontract our production to other factories. This not only allows us to fully control our product quality but also is important to large U.S. corporations who cannot afford the risk of having their production subcontracted to factories that do not abide by established social compliance rules and labor laws. YWC’s established customers are welcome to visit our factories at any time.
